Hi, welcome to the website of Dot Total Rewards! I am Shruti ('Shruu-tee'), the Founder and Principal Consultant for Dot Total Rewards.

In my 22 years of corporate HR tenure in public and private sector, I have been fortunate to work in 3 very different countries and work cultures – India where I was born & raised and began my career journey in Tech & KPOs then moving to Kuwait where I created my niche in Total Compensation working with large private sector companies in banking, retail and real estate. Now, I call Canada home for the past decade where I have been able to expand my skills in Total Rewards, Union Relations and HR workshop facilitation in the public and non-profit sector. In 2024, I decided to unite my expertise & passion of giving back to community and traded in my corporate stilettos for consulting boots to start Dot. 

As a transformational total rewards leader & an avid advocate of engaging workplaces, I want to bring my expertise to small/medium business, startups and non-profits to create equitable and inclusive employee experience from hiring to retiring. I want to support organizations in establishing creative strategies that go beyond traditional compensation framework and deliver meaningful employee programs that attract, motivate and retain a workforce that feels valued, recognized and fulfilled in their roles and within the organization.
